Shape supports top UK Formula Student team

Shape Machining is working with top UK Formula Student team Oxford Brookes Racing. © Shape Machining Shape Machining, a leading UK-based composites manufacturer, is working with top UK Formula Student team Oxford Brookes Racing. The company provides accurate CNC machined patterns and Rohacell foams to support the manufacture of the carbon composite structures used on the team’s 2019 car that is due to compete at Silverstone on 19 July 2019.

“We are really proud of our association with the Oxford Brookes Racing team and with the Engineering Department of the University. The quality of their car this year is a compliment to the whole OBR team,” commented Peter McCool, Managing Director. “Working closely with UK universities is a great way for Shape to challenge and help develop the young engineers of the future.”
