Crestafire covers all products that offer Fire, Smoke and Toxic fume (FST) performance for manufacturing fire retardant (FR) composite parts to stringent fire standards required in many building and construction, passenger rail, and land transport applications. The extensive Crestafire range includes: FR gelcoats and intumescent topcoats; FR structural adhesives; a variety of FR rated open and closed mould, pultrusion and filament winding resins, compatible with glass, carbon and aramid fibre reinforcements.

The Crestafix range of rapid cure bonding pastes has been developed for a variety of key markets including marine, automotive and land transportation.

Scott Bader will be giving open forum technical presentations about both the Crestafire FST performance products and the Crestafix bonding paste product ranges. The first technical presentation titled Developments in Polyester and vinyl ester bonding paste technology for high performance composite applications, will be given during day two of the show by Yingying Qin, Senior Materials Engineer for Scott Bader.

The second presentation, titled Scott Bader's Crestafire High performance resin & gelcoat systems for demanding Building & Construction and Rail applications will take place on the last day by Neil Gray, Global Market Manager, Fire, Smoke & Toxic fume (FST) Performance products.
