This pavilion is a showcase of what the Netherlands can offer the composite industry. In addition, a number of Dutch companies and knowledge institutes have their own stand at JEC World 2019. Business cases are presented in the area of car and aerospace construction and 3D printing. “Key aspects in which the Netherlands are leading internationally are, for example, thermoplastic composites, automation, sustainability in composites, and applications of composites in a water environment, such as bridges, locks and ships,” CompositesNL reports.

“On 13 March, there will be a special programme as part of Country on Stage. During this 1.5-hour programme, the Dutch composites ecosystem will be presented.”

JEC World is a meeting place for the worldwide composites industry: users are presented with the full spectrum of processes, new materials and composite solutions. Established market leaders in composites, as well as start-ups and students with innovative applications can be found at this trade fair. All industries are represented: from automotive to aerospace, and from the construction industry to civic engineering and sustainable energy.

CompositesNL represents the interests of all parties in the Netherlands involved in the development, manufacturing, maintenance and re-use of products in which composite technology is used. CompositesNL aims to stimulate and increase the use of composite products and to improve acceptance.
