Intelligent dispensing solutions at Advanced Engineering

DOPAG, a member of the Hilger & Kern Group and a leading manufacturer of metering, mixing and dispensing technology, will present its intelligent dispensing solutions at the Advanced Engineering 2017 trade show that takes place from 1-2 November in Birmingham UK.

DOPAG systems and components are used for processing and application of multi-component polymers or 1-component media such as adhesives, greases, and oils in various industries. With its products, the company says it can guarantee maximum precision and repeatability of the results – even in highly automated processes.

DOPAG dispensing systems provide solutions for a wide range of applications, especially for greasing and oiling, bonding and sealing, potting, RTM/RIM and filament winding, as well as for injection moulding processes. Market leaders from various key industries, such as aviation sector, the wind turbine industry, the automotive OEM and Tier 1 sector as well as the transport sector, are using the company’s products.


High repetition rates, short cycles and narrowly defined tolerances for the applied quantities determine the metering processes in the automotive industry. Thus, a precise and reliable metering is indispensable. Therefore, DOPAG has developed the lubriLine especially for the application of lubricants in the automotive industry.

It is said to meet all specific requirements for highly automated greasing and oiling. The lubriLine product portfolio contains modular structured drum pumps, as well as material pressure regulators and various dispensing valves for a precise grease and oil metering.

Intelligent solutions

For the metering and mixing of one- and two-component materials, DOPAG offers a wide range of highly automated metering and mixing systems. The systems are capable of processing multi-component media such as epoxy resins, polyurethanes and silicones.

Depending on the intended application or the requirements, they may be equipped with either piston or gear pump technology. For this purpose, there are different basic configurations available which feature a modular design and may therefore be configured specifically to the demands of the customer.
