Fluency Marketing has announced that the postponed ConstructionAM conference will now take place from 3-4 November at the NEC, Birmingham, and will co-locate with Advanced Engineering, the UK’s largest annual showcase of engineering technology, innovation, and supply chain solutions.

Co-locating with the Advanced Engineering Show offers fantastic opportunities for the conference and delegates, who will benefit from show floor interaction on day 2 of the conference. They will also have the opportunity to explore the Advanced Engineering Show gaining access over 15,000 attendees representing suppliers and buyers and opportunities in familiar and new sectors, Fluency Marketing said.

The conference programme includes industry experts and thought leaders who will explore the applications and opportunities for the use of advanced materials for construction. Special guest, Charlie Luxton, Architectural Designer, Writer and Television Presenter, who is currently working on several sustainable housing projects in London, Wiltshire, and the Cotswolds, will also join the programme.

Gemma Smith, Fluency Marketing Managing Director, commented: “We have worked alongside Easyfairs, the Advanced Engineering Show organisers, for some time so we are very excited to cement this relationship with the co-location of ConstructionAM. We really do feel both shows will benefit from the co-location and look forward to bringing them together, creating powerful collaborations, driving innovation and creating the ideal conditions to accelerate growth in the industry.”

Alison Willis, Easyfairs Divisional Director responsible for the Advanced Engineering Show, said: “We’re delighted to welcome the co-location of ConstructionAM with Advanced Engineering this November. It fits particularly well with feedback from our own exhibitors and visitors in advanced materials, many of whom have told us of their growing involvement in the construction sector. Reflecting this keen interest, we know ConstructionAM delegates will also be eagerly welcomed by materials suppliers, manufacturers, and processors exhibiting within Advanced Engineering’s Composites Engineering show zone.”
