Shape takes on production volume machining

A leading UK-based composites manufacturer Shape Machining, known for machining high quality one-off patterns and moulds, has taken on production volume machining and trimming for the composites industry, following the recent expansion that has freed up more capacity.

“We have recently won contracts to machine production quantities of Rohacell foams for automotive suppliers and other contracts to 5-axis trim production quantities of composite aircraft seats,” said Peter McCool, Managing Director. “All these contracts demonstrate the level of confidence our customers have in Shape to deliver to their regular production schedules.”
